GATHER:
- 2 oz grapefruit soda
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice (about 1/2 medium-sized fruit’s worth)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Dash of grapefruit bitters
- 1/2 fresh jalapeno, unseeded, chopped into rings
- 4-5 sprigs fresh cilantro, stems removed
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Tajin seasoning powder
- Mesquite smoke (optional)
CONCOCT:
- Rim coupe cocktail glass with Tajin
- Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno to cocktail shaker. Muddle.
- Add ice to shaker.
- If using smoke gun, fire gun into cocktail shaker for 4-5 seconds.
- Quickly place cap on shaker. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Strain contents into glass.
- Top glass with grapefruit soda
- Serve immediately

- 2 oz unsweetened aloe vera juice
- 3 oz Ramune soda, original flavor
- 1 oz yuzu juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- Red shiso powder
- Starfruit slice
コンコクト (CONCOCT)
- Wipe rim of coupe glass with lemon slice
- Dip rim of glass into shiso powder
- Shake aloe, yuzu and lemon juices with ice
- Pour mixture into glass
- Fill to brim with Ramune soda
- Garnish glass with starfruit slice

GATHER:
- 4 oz hot chamomile tea
- 7-8 dried lemon verbena leaves (in tea infuser)
- ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp raw honey
- ¼ tsp fresh grated ginger
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- 3 star anise pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Lemon peel
CONCOCT:
- Put star anise pods, turmeric, ginger and chamomile tea bag in mug or heatproof glass
- Pour hot water in and steep for 3 minutes
- Remove tea bag
- Put tea infuser in glass, steep for additional 3 minutes
- Remove infuser
- Add lemon juice and raw honey
- Remove anise pods and gently stir
- Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon peel

- 5 oz strong ginger beer or ginger ale
- 2 oz iced yerba mate tea
- 2 oz iced lemon verbena tea
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 6-8 ice cubes
- Lemon slice
- Candied ginger
CONCOCT:
- Fill large mug or highball halfway with ice
- Pour in teas and lemon juice
- Fill to brim with ginger beer
- Garnish with lemon slice and candied ginger

GATHER:
- 4 oz blood orange soda
- 2 oz iced hibiscus tea
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- 2 oz club soda
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Pomegranate kernels (optional)
CONCOCT:
- Fill highball glass or mug halfway with ice
- Add club soda
- Pour tea, pomegranate and lemon juices into glass and stir
- Top with blood orange soda
- Garnish with pomegranate kernels

GATHER:
- 4 oz elderflower soda
- 1/2 oz yuzu juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Small sprig of rosemary
- Dash of lavender bitters
- 4-5 ice cubes
CONCOCT:
- Gently bruise and wipe sprig of rosemary inside coupe glass and discard
- Pour ice, lemon and yuzu juices into shaker
- Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds
- Pour mixture into coupe glass
- Add a few shakes of bitters
- Top with elderflower soda
